Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is one of the largest and most reputable clubs in the Premier League, boasting an incredible stadium with a multitude of product offerings. Outside of football, they are moving into the visitor attraction space with Stadium Tours, Skywalks and Go Karting to name a few.

To maximise quality traffic and ultimately revenue, with a key focus on increasing AOV after a period of heavy discounting.

The Brief
To increase ticket sales for Visitor Attraction offerings in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Process
Test Meta’s Advantage Plus Campaign with broad targeting options to find users where they are across Meta’s inventory. Leveraging the algorithm’s smart data against our interest audiences we hypothesised would be more effective.
The Results
We not only saw a large increase in volume but a stronger efficiency with both CPA decreasing and ROAS increasing. Despite a similar AOV, we managed to scale our campaign in the 2 week test, increasing our ticket sales and revenue alike by over 300%. This in turn led to a 387% increase in ROAS.
